Spurs on the Brink of Elimination
Like a fisherman standing in the east coast of Japan, the San Antonio Spurs are staring disaster right in the face, even if they are the betting on basketball favorites (-145) versus the OKC Thunder for game 6 of their series on Thursday. Don’t Sleep on Tampa Bay when Betting on Hockey
When we were writing our betting on hockey preview of the NHL playoffs at the beginning we picked the Detroit Red Wings to beat the Tampa Bay Lightning in six games… we were wrong. We figured that Tampa’s struggles with injuries were going to be their downfall. Then, when we went back and checked on the series, we saw our mistake and picked the Lightning to handle Detroit. We predicted the outcome but, the Lightning did it in 5 games.

Nyquist Favorite to Win Preakness Stakes after Derby Run
Early Preakness betting odds put the eight-race undefeated Nyquist against the field. The colt's victory at the Kentucky Derby on Saturday has trainer Doug O'Neill's horse as a heavy favorite to repeat his success at Pimlico Race Course on May 21st in Baltimore. Regardless of who runs, Nyquist should be leading the charge when it’s all said and done.
Liga down to R. Madrid, Barcelona, but isn’t it always?
The Spanish Liga will be decided this next Saturday between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona. Though the two behemoths will not be clashing head to head – and thank {insert name of deity} for that because if that were the case Madrid’s soccer betting odds would be slim and none – it will all come down to one of the two. Barcelona, the league leader with 88 points, will face Granada, while Real, second with 87, will visit Derportivo La Coruña.
