Broncos Destroy Chargers in Week 8 Thursday Night Football
This past Thursday night for NFL Week 8 the Denver Broncos, now 6-1 (1st AFC West) beat the San Diego Chargers now 5-3 (2nd AFC West) 35-21. Broncos Receiver Sanders scored 3 touchdowns on 9 receptions on passes from Denver QB Manning, and rookie RB Thompson also scored 2 rushing touchdowns. With this win, the Broncos 6-1 secured their 1st place in the AFC West over San Diego Chargers 5-3, who now have lost 2 consecutive games.
