McCain and security in political betting at SBG Global

McCain and security in political betting at SBG Global. With two so-called wars being fought simultaneously by the US you would think that this would be a hot issue in the current political betting process. In normal circumstances it probably would be, and the McCain campaign has staked its political betting future on it. But with gas at over $4 a gallon and household costs raising daily, by staking his campaign’s political odds on war he has neglected the most pressing concerns of the political betting voters.

By framing this year’s political betting elections as a national security battle McCain has virtually stolen the very successful blue prints of the previous two Bush political betting campaigns. However, what worked in the 2000 and 2004 political betting arena will not work in the 2009 political odds.

The reason is simple. People no longer list national security as the number one concern in political betting. Immediate concerns over financial affairs and inflation have become the number one issue in most political odds makers view. And these issues are much more immediate to almost all political betting voters than an abstract war in a far off land fought for dubious reasons. In 2008 these concerns are simply not as important to political betting voters as worries about unpaid bills or paying the mortgage.

But trying to force this issue on potential political betting voters McCain has alienated more than a few voters and has missed the political betting mark badly. However, the national security issue is the only real political odds category where McCain enjoys an advantage over Barak Obama in the political betting process. And if we have learned anything about political betting contests, it’s to play to your strengths whatever they may be… and, of course, to attack your political betting opponent.

McCain has been doing both with great energy, but as many political odds experts have stated, it is appearing more and likely that it is a waste of said energy and the McCain should think about changing tack if he wants to win the political betting battle. By focusing on national security McCain is forcing an issue on political betting voters that they simply don’t want to hear and as a result are also starting to tune out the McCain political betting campaign.
