MLB betting on the Baltimore Orioles should be improved this season as the Orioles have brought back Miguel Tejada. He signed a one-year, $6 million dollar deal to come back to the Orioles. Tejada is a player who can impact baseball betting since he is a very good run producer.
MLB betting had Tejada with Baltimore from 2004-2007. He was with Houston the last two seasons. “I am happy to return to Baltimore, it’s like my home,” Tejada said, “We have great young talent, and I think many good things could happen with the club in 2010.” MLB betting has Tejada expected to take over at third base since Melvin Mora is not coming back. Tejada was at shortstop last season as baseball betting statistics indicated but Cesar Izturis will remain there for the Orioles while Tejada will play third. “Mentally and physically I was getting ready to play third base since the season ended last year,” Tejada said. The Orioles believe that Tejada will be fine at third. “From what I’ve read, he’s made it clear that’s something he would entertain,” Andy MacPhail, Baltimore president of baseball operations said, “He’s probably aware that at this point in his career, that’s the right move. He’s certainly not the first shortstop, if he ends up playing third that made that change.”

He is a six-time All-Star and has hit .289 with 285 home runs and 1,185 RBIs in his career as MLB betting stats indicated. “I’ll say this about Tejada: I don’t think there’s ever been a guy who wants to win more. He has a very, very strong passion to win. Guys on the team love him.” Manager Dave Trembley said, “I never had a problem with him. If it works out that he comes back here, I think it would be a real good acquisition.”
The Orioles have made some nice additions this season that should help them on the baseball betting board.
