GOP Heavy Betting Favorites for Fall Midterm Elections

Former United States President Jimmy Carter might be flashing his famous old smile. The perpetual grin that got him elected in 1976. However, after his swearing-in, it was all downhill for Carter. And he left office as the lowest-rated President since Herbert Hoover. In like manner to Hoover, Carter presided over an economic catastrophe. But Carter might not be rated as low anymore. Cause by Joe Biden’s terrible economy. High gas prices and raging inflation put the Democrats in trouble with the US midterm election odds. Many Democrats admit privately they see doom in November.

SBG Betting Odds – Midterms Are Tough in Good Times

Even when times are not tough, the Presidential Party in power usually suffers losses in the House of Representatives and Senate. Donald Trump and the Republicans were overseeing an economic resurgence in 2018, but the Democrats demonized them well enough to gain seats. Barack Obama admitted to being shellacked in the 2010 midterms. This year Americans are becoming more distraught by the day at President Joe Biden and his tone-deaf party.

Sticking it to Trump and Consumers at the Pump

First on Joe Biden’s priority list after being sworn in was to revoke all of the energy-producing policies of Donald Trump. His executive orders put thousands of pipeline and related workers on the unemployment line. Just as bad was how gas prices exploded under the Biden administration.

The United States economy has always been dependent upon low energy prices. And people build their lives around those expectations. Now it costs over twice as much to get to work or anywhere else as when Trump was president. And that is not going over well at all.

As much as anything else, energy prices are why the Republicans have emerged as the sports betting favorites in the November mid-terms. Most important of all, this issue need not ever have happened. But the Democrats’ hatred of Trump was so visceral that they revoked his policies, even when they were effective.

Biden keeps touting his “green energy” plan. However, there is no way that “green energy” is plentiful enough to meet the American people’s demands.

Inflation Rages at Jimmy Carter Levels of the Late 1970s

Cause by rising energy prices and absurd levels of government spending, inflation is raging in the United States with no end in sight. Consumers are dealing with daily sticker shock at the grocery stores. Food is way up in price, and middle-class voters feel the pinch. It is becoming impossible for American families to balance their budgets.

Wide Open Borders During a Pandemic

Specifically, lecturing the American people on the danger of the pandemic as the southern border was left wide-open has not gone unnoticed. The irony of this insanity is another issue that the people are revolting against. To be exact, many people ask why thousands are let into the country illegally if the pandemic is so serious?

Tone Deaf to Middle Class

One of the most shocking issues in US political betting is how Democrats obsess over issues that no real American discusses at their kitchen table. The Democrats continually squawk about green energy, unpopular COVID mandates, and the Ukraine War. Increasingly they also throw fringe issues in the face of struggling normal folks daily. It is adding up to an electoral disaster.
