NBA All Star Game at SBG Global

November 30, 2010 NBA Basketball

NBA All Star game odds will be available on NBA All Star game 2008 action from the New Orleans Arena on Sunday, February 17th

This will be the 57th NBA All Star game and will match up the two top stars in the NBA against each other as Kobe Bryant faces LeBron James.

NBA All Star game rosters show that LeBron is joined by Dwyane Wade, Jason Kidd, Kevin Garnett and Dwight Howard in the starting five. The Western Conference NBA All Star game roster shows that Kobe is joined by
Allen Iverson, Carmelo Anthony, Yao Ming and Tim Duncan.  The West is the likely favorite in the NBA All Star game due to the fact that the Western Conference is thought of as the stronger conference.  Another reason the West will be favored in the NBA All Star game 2008 is their depth.  The reserves are far superior on the Western Conference NBA All Star game roster.  The reserves for the NBA All Star game are led by superstar guards Chris Paul and Brandon Roy.  Steve Nash and Dirk Nowitzki are also reserves which show just how good the NBA All Star game reserves for the West are.  Also on the NBA All Star game roster are Carlos Boozer, Amare Stoudemire and David West.  You could make an argument that every reserve on the West could be a starter.  The Western Conference coach is New Orleans’ Byron Scott.

The Eastern Conference NBA All Star game reserves are led by Chauncey Billups and Richard Hamilton from Detroit.  Also on the NBA All Star game 2008 roster are Chris Bosh, Caron Butler, Antawn Jamison, Joe Johnson and Paul Pierce.  The Eastern Conference coach is Boston’s Doc Rivers.

This is the first time Shaquille O’Neal will not be in the NBA All Star game in 14 years.  The player with the most current starts in the NBA All Star game is Kevin Garnett who has 11 in a row.  Also as part of the NBA All Star game 2008 festivities will be the Rookie Challenge, the Slam Dunk contest, the skills challenge and the three-point shootout.  Take a look at the odds for all of these events that begin on Saturday, February 16th.
