Sports Betting – Facts Point to NFL Playoff Winners and Losers.  As you look to pick sports betting winners in the NFL playoffs there are some interesting facts to consider. Let’s look at some for each team and see which of the 12 teams can make the Super Bowl and be online sports betting winners at Sbg global.

Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons love their quarterback Matt Ryan and although he does many things well there is one thing that he didn’t do well this season and that is throw the ball down the field.  Super Bowl winning quarterbacks have high average passing yards per attempt and Ryan was 27th in the league.

Baltimore Ravens
Winning Super Bowl quarterbacks don’t throw interceptions and Joe Flacco fits the bill as he has averaged just over 11 per season in the last three years.

Chicago Bears
The Bears have the worst offensive line in the NFL and Super Bowl winning teams have strong offensive lines.

Green Bay Packers
The Packers should be 14-2 with their statistical ranking as they were #2 in scoring defense and #1 in passer rating differential.  Somehow they lost six games and that is not the sign of a Super Bowl team.

Indianapolis Colts
The Colts are just 9-9 with Peyton Manning in the playoffs.  Yes, the Colts won a Super Bowl but Tony Dungy was the head coach.

Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs played a schedule that was the easiest in the league. The Chiefs played the fewest quality opponents in the league and didn’t have a winning record against those three teams.

New England Patriots
No team in the NFL dominated their opponents down the stretch like the Patriots.  Tom Brady never loses at home and the Patriots got much better defensively in the last couple of months.

New Orleans Saints
The Saints are nothing like last year’s team that won the Super Bowl.  Drew Brees threw 22 interceptions and the defense picked off just nine passes.  You don’t win a Super Bowl with a bad turnover ratio.

New York Jets
The Jets were excellent against the run and they were good at forcing sacks and getting interceptions.  Defense wins championships and the Jets are not without a chance in sports betting.

Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles gave up 377 points this season and bad defenses don’t win the Super Bowl.

Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers have a great quarterback in Ben Roethlisberger who doesn’t get the credit he deserves.  His career average of 8.04 yards per attempt is the fifth highest in NFL history.

Seattle Seahawks
Only two teams before in NFL history made the playoffs with a losing record and both of those came in a strike shortened season as noted at many sports betting sites. Both teams were blown out in the playoffs.
