WNBA wagering fans don’t need a reminder of the occasion but for anyone looking to play the WNBA odds and not in the know.  The 2008 WNBA season officially gets under way on May 17th. The timing couldn’t be any better as the WNBA wagering action gets revved up just as the NBA season starts winding down. This year there will be plenty of highlights on the schedule and WNBA odds fans should mark them down.

WNBA fans are going crazy with anticipation as the preseason for the WNBA odds has already gotten underway. As per the WNBA season schedule each active team in the WNBA season will play a 34-games schedule. And then, as this year is an Olympic year, there will be a month-long break in the WNBA  season for most of August for the action in Beijing. And then in late September the main event for the Wagering WNBA season begins the playoffs. By early October the 2008 wagering WNBA season will be over and a new women’s champ will have been crowned.
