Undercard UFC 88 Odds at SBG Global

January 13th, 2021 UFC Betting

UFC 88 odds on the undercard (preliminary) part of UFC 88 on Saturday, September 6th should be very competitive with five great fights. There were two late changes to the UFC odds board for the undercard. Jason “The Athlete” MacDonald will replace Jason Day and will be matched up against Jason Lambert in UFC 88 betting odds.

UFC 88 odds should be very close on the MacDonald-Lambert bout. MacDonald fought less than a month ago in UFC 87 against Demian Maia. He lost that fight but overall has a record of 21-10. Lambert is 23-8 overall and will be making his middleweight debut.

Another part of the UFC odds undercard was also revised. Michael Patt will replace the injured James Lee against Tim Boetsch in a light heavyweight contest. Patt is 15-2 overall but this will be his UFC debut. Of his 15 wins, 11 have come in the first round.

UFC odds will be focused on the light heavyweight battle between Chuck Liddell and Rashad Evans. Liddell is more than a 2-1 favorite in UFC odds in that bout and is usually a popular choice. Also on the main part of the UFC betting card is the fight between Rich Franklin and Matt Hamill. Franklin is over a 2-1 favorite in UFC 88 betting odds. The third fight on the main UFC odds card is Karo Parisyan vs. Yoshiyuki Yoshida. Parisyan is more than a 2-1 favorite in UFC 88 odds. Dan Henderson is about a 2-1 favorite over Rousimar Palhares in UFC odds while Nate Marquardt is a very slight favorite over Martin Kampmann in UFC odds. Those are the fight fights on the main card.

The undercard has five bouts. In addition to MacDonald-Lambert and Patt-Boetsch bouts, it will be Thiago Tavares taking on Kurt Pellegrino, Matt Brown facing Dong Hyun Kim and Roan Carneiro vs. Ryo Chonan. Since MacDonald and Patt were late replacements it is likely they will be underdogs in UFC 88 odds. The other three bouts should have very competitive UFC betting odds.
