The UFC Fight Night betting competition seems to keep getting better and better. In the recent UFC Fight Night 21 wagering odds there was something for everyone as top flight fighters filled the weight classes and gave MMA betting fans of every persuasion and interest something to bet on.

Nearly 8,000 UFC Fight Night odds fans were in attendance at the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, NC on March 31st to watch up and coming fighters compete in one of MMA betting’s biggest events.  Millions of UFC Fight Night betting fans also caught the sports betting event on TV as the MMA wagering event was also televised by Spike TV.

The evenings big winner was light weight contender Kenny Florian who dispatched his UFC odds opponent, Takanori Gomi, with a near naked choke nearly three minutes into the third round of the UFC betting event.  His submission move was chosen as the Submission of the Night and was an impressive choke hold by MMA betting standard.

But the Fight of the Night at this UFC Fight Night betting event went to the MMA wagering match up of Englishman Ross Pearson and German Dennis Siver.  Pearson defeated Siver by unanimous decision in the other lightweight MMA betting matchup on the main card.  All three judges scored this UFC betting bout the same: 30-27 in Pearson’s favor.  The effort given by both fighters in this mini-epic was outstanding and thoroughly appreciated by the packed house of UFC betting fans.

The Knockout of the Night went to veteran UFC wagering fighter Roy Nelson who didn’t waste any time getting down to business in his MMA betting event.  He sent Dutcheman Stefan Struve to the mat with massive punch just 39 seconds into their UFC betting match, picking up a $30,000 bonus for himself in the process.
