UFC betting action returns with UFC 211: Miocic vs. dos Santos 2 on Saturday, May 13th at the American Airlines Center in Dallas Texas.

Stipe Miocic (c) vs. Junior dos Santos
Weight class: Heavyweight
Notes: UFC Heavyweight Championship match

Sportsbook odds for fans who bet on UFC:
Junior Dos Santos 1½ (-200) +105
Stipe Miocic 1½ (+170) -125

JDS has split his last six fights, including two losses to Cain Velasquez and one to Alistair Overeem. However, and as Dos Santos himself has rightly pointed out, he is the last man to have defeated Miocic, and one of only two to have bested the current champion. Speaking of which, Miocic has gone on a four-fight winning streak since losing to Dos Santos on December 13, 2014. Stone Cold defeated Mark Hunt and Andrei Arlovski before taking the belt from Fabrício Werdum in May of last year and successfully defending against the aforementioned Overeem last September. “The lesson I learned, not even really a lesson as much as, just knowing that I belong,” the champeen said at a Thursday media teleconference of his first encounter with the Brazilian.

Joanna Jędrzejczyk (c) vs. Jéssica Andrade UFC betting preview
Weight class: Strawweight
Notes: UFC Women’s Strawweight Championship match

Odds for fans who bet on UFC:
Jessica Andrade 3½ (-200) +150
Joanna Jedrzejczyk 3½ (+170) -170

Andrade has won her last three straight fights. Well, not so much “straight” but you get the idea. As a matter of fact, the Brazilian has yet to drop a bout since debuting in the strawweight division. Andrade’s performance of the night against Joanne Calderwood at UFC 203 on September 10, 2016, and her fight of the night against Angela Hill at UFC Fight Night 104 on  February 4, 2017 earned her a date with the current champ.  Jedrzejczyk is still undefeated at 13-0 and has won five consecutive title matches. Andrade has been very vocal about what she considers to be Jedrzejczyk’s “weak chin” and will have the opportunity to put that particular theory to the test. However, the challenger does respect and like the champion and “if afterward she wants to take me to dinner, that’s fine,” Andrade told MMA Junkie. Strictly as friends, of course.

Demian Maia vs. Jorge Masvidal UFC betting preview
Weight class: Welterweight

Odds for fans who bet on UFC:
Jorge Masvidal 1½ (-185) -125
Demian Maia 1½ (+160) +105

Masvidal has won three fights in a row, most recently as performance of the night against Cowboy Cerrone at UFC on Fox 23 on January 28th. According to Gambred, a win this Saturday should earn him a shot at Tyron Woodley’s welterweight title. “If this is not the No. 1 contender fight, you know that the politics and social media and who looks more like a boyband member have completely taken over,” Masvidal told MMA Junkie Radio. In any case, Masvidal has to beat Maia, who is in the midst of his very own six-fight winning streak. But Gamebred knows that. “Not for nothing, but Maia is the No. 1 contender by far,” he added.
