The UFC Finale Betting – Jason MacDonald vs. Wilson Gouveia

March 3rd, 2021 UFC Betting

The UFC Finale betting on Ultimate Fighter 8 includes a battle between Wilson Gouveia (11-5 MMA, 5-2 UFC) and Jason MacDonald (21-10 MMA, 5-3 UFC). UFC betting should in intense on this co-main event that takes place December 13th at The Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada. The UFC Finale betting event takes place just three days after UFC Fight Night 16: UFC Fight for the Troops.

The UFC Finale betting event will air on Spike TV. The MacDonald-Gouveia bout is one of two main events on the UFC finale betting card.  The other main bout in the UFC Finale betting has Kevin Burns facing Anthony Johnson.

Gouveia has a 4-2 record in the UFC as a 205-pounder.  He lost to Goran Reljic by TKO in his last bout at that weight. That loss in UFC betting snapped a four bout winning streak for Gouveia. He dropped down to middleweight and his first fight was a success as he defeated Ryan Jensen in a second-round submission at UFC Fight Night 15. Gouveia will now take on MacDonald in the UFC Finale betting event.

MacDonald has the better resume in UFC betting.  He is coming off a win over Jason Lambert in UFC betting at UFC 88. Although MacDonald has been a winner, he does go up and down a little bit. He has followed his last three wins with a loss.  He will try and make sure that does not happen again against Gouveia in the UFC Finale betting event.

Keep in mind that the UFC betting will be taking place from The Palms in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 13th and air on Spike TV. The UFC betting card also includes a Light Heavyweight Bout as Finalist #1 takes on Finalist #2. There is also a Lightweight Bout in the UFC betting event as the Lightweight Finalist #1 faces the Lightweight Finalist #2. Those two bouts on the UFC betting card are the culmination of Season 8 of Ultimate Fighter which has been a matchup between Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir.
