Sportsbook Page – Top 20 Picks in NFL Draft are Set

Sportsbook Page – Top 20 Picks in NFL Draft are Set.  The 2011 NFL Draft is just around the corner and it will be the Carolina Panthers taking center stage on the sportsbook page.  The Panthers have the number one pick and if Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck comes out as expected then it is probably the Panthers will take him with the top pick.  The Denver Broncos played poorly down the stretch this season both straight up and against the odds at the offshore sportsbook but their reward is the second pick in the NFL Draft.

You will notice that many teams had the same records and in that case the strength of schedule determines the draft order as the teams that had the easier schedules get a higher pick.  Andrew Luck is expected to be the first pick in the draft and another quarterback, Missouri’s Blaine Gabbert is also expected to be picked early.  Gabbert announced that he is coming out early and NFL Draft experts believe he will be a top five pick. Keep in mind as you consider the NFL Draft order at the offshore sportsbook that the order could change based on trades that are made before the draft in April.

Playoff Teams Order TBA
The order for the playoff teams will be determined by how they do in the postseason.  After the Super Bowl is over the rest of the teams will be put into draft order.  The NFL Draft will get the headlines at the sportsbook page in late April. The draft will be held on April 28th, 29th and 30th.  ESPN will show the first round on April 28th in prime time.  The second and third rounds will be on April 29th while rounds four through seven are on the 30th.
