Sportsbook Page – Shakeup in College Football Futures with Alabama Loss. No longer is the Crimson Tide the favorites to win the title at SBG. They are still in the discussion but just barely. No longer is the Crimson Tide the favorites to win the title at SBG. They are still in the discussion but just barely. Alabama dropped to #8 in the country and their odds at the offshore sportsbook went up to almost 8-1.

Ohio State is the 3-1 Favorite – The Ohio State Buckeyes are the new favorites to win the national title at 3-1.  Those odds could change this week as Ohio State faces one of their toughest games of the season at Wisconsin on Saturday night.  The Buckeyes are 3.5 point favorites at Wisconsin on Saturday night.

Oregon the Second Choice – The Ducks are the second choice in college football futures at just under 5-1. They are followed closely by Boise State who is just under 6-1.  The BCS poll will be released next week and Boise State is expected to have the top spot. That will change as the season progresses since Boise State has a weak schedule while other teams have stronger schedules.  Boise has just one tough game remaining and there is a lot of question whether or not the game against Nevada is really that tough.  Oregon plays in the Pac-10 and they do have some tough games remaining so it is not a guarantee they go undefeated.

Single-Digit Odds – There are other teams that also have single-digit odds in college football futures on the sportsbook page.  Nebraska is 6.5 to 1 while Oklahoma and TCU are 8-1. We already mentioned Alabama at just under 8-1.   You can already look at some of these team’s chances and do some predictions.  TCU has one tough game remaining as they face Utah.  Nebraska and Oklahoma still have tests remaining plus the Big 12 title game.  Alabama would have to go unbeaten the rest of the season and that still might not be enough to get them into the national title game as they would need other teams to lose.

Long shots – Teams that have a chance to crash the party are Auburn at 12-1, LSU at 15-1 and Michigan State at 20-1 and South Carolina at 40-1 and Utah at 50-1 at the offshore sportsbook.
