Sportsbook Online Peppers Upset with Panthers

Sportsbook online had the Carolina Panthers suffering through a disappointing NFL season and now it looks like they will be losing on of their best players.

Defensive end Julius Peppers is very upset with the Panthers and has said that he no longer wants a long-term deal with the team.  Peppers was considered one of the best defensive ends in the game at the offshore sportsbook but his performance this year was not as great as it could have been.

Sportsbook online has Carolina as a team that is tough to figure out.  They are capable of winning their division and making the Super Bowl as they showed a few years ago and yet they can play poorly as not even make the playoffs as happened this season.  Julius Peppers is one of the problems as sportsbook online stats showed.  He had 10.5 sacks this offshore sportsbook season and was a force when he decided to play. At other times he was invisible and did next to nothing.

Julius Peppers is looking for big money from Carolina and it seems unlikely the Panthers are going to pay him.  Sportsbook online had the Panthers saying nothing as to their plans. “I’m a man of very few words; I understand very well what silence means,” Peppers said.  “They’re not even talking to me, so why would I come out and say I want to be here, when the team is not even acknowledging the fact that my future with the organization is up in the air.”

Sportsbook online indicated that the Panthers could use the franchise tag on Peppers but that would cost them more than $20 million.  That seems very unlikely.  If they do give him the tag then a trade would be possible as offshore sportsbook indicated.  Teams can use the franchise tag between Feb. 11 and Feb. 25. The year for the league starts on March 5th as sportsbook online stats have it, so the Panthers have to do something before then or Peppers becomes an unrestricted free agent.

Carolina general manager Marty Hurney said last sportsbook online NFL year that the Panthers franchised Peppers so they could keep their first draft pick.  It does not look like another franchise tag is in the future for Peppers and it seems very unlikely that Peppers will return to Carolina next offshore sportsbook NFL season.
