Sportsbook odds makers made the Celtics the preseason favorite to win the NBA title last season after Danny Ainge pulled off the block buster trades to bring in Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett.
And until some team in the Internet sportsbook competition proves otherwise the defending NBA champs are team to beat. But with another year under their belt the aging group of Boston’s superstars will have their work cut out if they want to bring the sportsbook hardware back to Beantown.
Sportsbook fans should be very aware that this is still the marquee team in the NBA.
