Sportsbook – Kaymer Moves Past Tiger to #2 in the World

Sportsbook – Kaymer Moves Past Tiger to #2 in the World.  The odds at the sportsbook don’t indicate it but Martin Kaymer is the best golfer in the world right now.  He has moved past Tiger Woods to #2 in the world and there is not much doubt right now that Kaymer is better than world #1 Lee Westwood.  Kaymer dominated a great field at the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship this past week and came home the winner for gamblers who took him at the online sportsbook

Martin Kaymer
At the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship, Kaymer ran away from the field with an eight-shot victory.  The win was the ninth for Kaymer in his last 100 starts. In the last four years, Kaymer has won three times at Abu Dhabi. The win enabled him to move past Tiger Woods as #2 in the Official World Golf Rankings.  Some people at the online sportsbook are comparing Kaymer to Woods in the way that he wins.  He simply dominated a very talented field this past week. Kaymer is just 26 years old and he may be headed for #1 before long. With Westwood at #1 and Kaymer at #2, there are two Europeans at the top of the rankings for the first time since 1993.  Kaymer’s win at Abu Dhabi was over a field that included four of the top five players in the world and seven of the top 12. Kaymer has the nickname of the Germanator for the way he is dominating and terminating his opponents.

Tiger Returns this Week
Woods will be playing for the first time this week when he returns at Torrey Pines.   Woods will be ranked third for the first time in a while when he tees off on Thursday at Torrey Pines. He has not been ranked that low since 2004 when he trailed Vijay Singh and Ernie Els in the rankings.  Tiger will not be facing Kaymer this week as he is taking the week off.  The next tournament for Kaymer will be at the Qatar Masters early next month.  If you are looking for a player to take this season in golf odds at Sbg global you don’t want to be looking at Tiger. He is overvalued and still heavily bet by the public at the sportsbook.  You want to take a player like Kaymer who is undervalued and who has played better than Woods over the past year.
