The Mets suspended Rodriguez after he was arrested on Wednesday night for an altercation with his girlfriend’s father. Rodriguez was ordered by a judge to stay away from his girlfriend who is the mother of their 1-year-old twins and her father. Rodriguez will be back in court on September 14th. The Mets are just barely hanging on in the Wild Card race as sportsbook online numbers indicate. They will now have to decide what to do with Rodriguez until his court date next month. The incident is not the first time that Rodriguez has had issues.
