UFC 111 Online Sports Betting Highlighted by St-Pierre Win. Online sports betting on UFC 111 featured Georges St-Pierre dominating Dan Hardy on Saturday. St-Pierre was a big favorite in offshore sports betting and the outcome against Hardy was never in doubt.Online sports betting results did have the fight going the full five rounds with St-Pierre winning a unanimous decision. It was the seventh straight title defense for St-Pierre.  He is now 20-2 in his UFC career. Hardy fell to 23-7 overall.  St-Pierre simply dominated Hardy in every phase of the fight.

The first round saw Hardy on his back for almost the entire time. He almost had to submit but survived the first round.  It was not much different in the second round as St-Pierre sent Hardy to the mat again. In the fourth round the fight nearly ended on submission but Hardy got out of the hold. The only question in this fight was whether or not Hardy would survive and although he was never a threat to win, he did not give up.

In the other main online sports betting bout in UFC 111 it was Shane Carwin pummeling Frank Mir in the first round to win the UFC interim heavyweight title.  When Carwin gets into the Octagon the bouts don’t last long. In fact, none of his fights has ever made it out of the first round and this one didn’t either.  Carwin landed two big left-handed uppercuts that knocked Mir down and then Carwin pounced and simply destroyed Mir before referee Dan Miragliotta had to stop the fight.  Carwin is now 12-0 in his career and on track to fight champ Brock Lesnar in a few months. Mir fell to 13-5 in his career.

There were three other bouts on the main card in UFC 111.  Two of them went to decision and the favorites in offshore sports betting won both bouts. It was Jim Miller winning against Mark Bocek by unanimous decision while – Jon Fitch defeated Ben Saunders by unanimous decision. The other bout had Kurt Pellegrino winning by submission against Fabricio Camoes in round two.

There were some interesting results in UFC 111 on Saturday on the preliminary card in online sports betting including a disqualification.  Matt Riddle defeated Greg Soto by disqualification due to an illegal strike in the third round.  It was Jared Hamman winning a unanimous decision over Rodney Wallace.  Ricardo Almeida won by submission against Matt Brown in the second round.  Nate Diaz took out Rory Markham by TKO in the first round.
