UCLA Suspends Four Players Sportsbetting

Sportsbetting on UCLA at the sports book could be impacted this week as the Bruins suspended four players for this week’s game against Kansas State. And that is not the only issue for the Bruins in sports betting online this week.

Sportsbetting had the Bruins suspending starting cornerback Courtney Viney and three other players for this week’s game.  UCLA head coach Rick Neuheisel also suspended freshman running back Milton Knox and freshman wide receivers Morrell Presley and Randall Carroll for violating team rules.

“When you are a member of a team, you have a special commitment to the entities that make up that unit and to those that you represent,” Neuheisel said, “When someone falls short in that regard, there have to be consequences, and then, we move on.”

Another huge sportsbetting issue for the Bruins is who will start at quarterback this week. Starter Kevin Prince broke his jaw in the sports betting online win over Tennessee and will be out for at least a couple of weeks. That means the Bruins will turn to true freshman Richard Brehaut or senior Kevin Craft for this sports betting online matchup.  Craft was terrible last year so look for Brehaut to get the start. “I came in early so I could get this opportunity,” said Brehaut, “I’m prepared to go out and have some fun.”  Neuheisel seems ready to put the freshman into action on Saturday. “It seems all the rage,” Neuheisel said, “and there are a lot of kids doing very well.”

UCLA will definitely miss Viney this week as they face Kansas State in sportsbetting.  Viney was already filling in for Aaron Hester who got hurt in the college football betting opener against San Diego State.  Sportsbetting indicates that the backup for Viney is true freshman Sheldon Price.

The other players are not as critical.  Knox is the third tailback and has 57 yards on 11 carries this sports betting online season. Carroll and Presley both have one catch each this sportsbetting season.

UCLA is a 12.5 point sportsbetting favorite against Kansas State in the late game on Saturday.  The final game of the day in college football betting usually gets some attention and normally the favorite is the way the public bets at the sports book.  With no quarterback and some suspensions, the UCLA Bruins might be a risking sportsbetting play this week.
