Online sports betting has seen the Cincinnati Bearcats play extremely well this season but that might change if starting quarterback Tony Pike is out. The Bearcats star quarterback was back at practice on Monday with a cast on his left forearm. His status for this Saturday’s sportsbetting game with Louisville is up in the air.

Pike was hurt late in the first half of a 34-17 online sportsbetting win at South Florida on Thursday night. Kelly said Pike won’t play unless he can protect the injury and that may not be easy to do in Cincinnati’s offense. “He’s got to be able to do things in a shotgun offense,” Kelly said. “He’s got to be able to take snaps, and we can’t put him out there if he’s not in position to protect himself. If he can’t protect himself, he can’t play in a spread offense with an empty backfield.”
Cincinnati turned to sophomore Zach Collaros as they beat South Florida in online sports betting.
