Sports betting fans are watching the latest soap opera with the Washington Redskins as the situation with All-Pro defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth is getting worse by the day. Haynesworth skipped the team’s mandatory minicamp and demanded a trade. The decision by Haynesworth to skip minicamp was a bad one. It was only a two-day camp and now he has alienated his teammates and his coaches. Washington head coach Mike Shanahan did not say what the Redskins will do next but that they will do something. They could release him, try and trade him or keep him on the roster and see what happens when training camp begins in late July. If he does return, it seems unlikely that players will want him on the field. They feel he has betrayed them and they want no part of him anymore.
