Sports Betting – Bucks a Surprising Disappointment. One of the most disappointing teams so far this season in sports betting in the NBA has been the Milwaukee Bucks.With so much attention on the Miami Heat, the struggles of the Bucks have kind of gone unnoticed. Milwaukee was thought to be a playoff contender this season and a team to watch in online sports betting but so far they have been a major disappointment.
Bucks Can’t Score
Milwaukee is the lowest scoring team in the NBA this season. They simply have not been scoring enough points to win games. How is this for a rotten offense? The Bucks through their first 19 games were barely averaging over 90 points per game. Milwaukee was 7-12 through the first 19 games of the season and at home they have been terrible. They did win at home on Saturday against Orlando but the Magic were missing many of their best players due to illness so the Bucks get no credit for that win. Milwaukee’s next three games are at home against Miami, Indiana and Houston so it will be interesting to see how they perform. Milwaukee has been the worst shooting team in the NBA this season and it isn’t even close. Unless they start shooting the ball better things may not get any better for Milwaukee.
No One Expected a Milwaukee Fall
If you look at all of the preseason predictions you won’t find many of them that saw the Bucks struggling this season. Many people thought Milwaukee would be a playoff team and be in the mix to win 45 to 50 games. When we did the Milwaukee preview we did note though that the addition of Corey Maggette was a mistake and that Milwaukee could have chemistry issues. That sure has been the case as this team is a mess. Putting Maggette on the court with Drew Gooden means a lot of poor shooting up front and it is not like the Bucks can shoot from the backcourt either with Brandon Jennings throwing it up from all over.
