Online sport betting has two Big 12 teams leading the latest ESPN/USA Today college basketball poll. Kansas is #1 while Texas moved up to #2.These two teams are in the same conference so they will be meeting in sportsbetting in February.  Here is a look at the rest of the Top 25 in college hoops.

Online sport betting on Villanova and Kentucky should continue to be popular as well as they are 3rd and 4th in the latest poll. Duke moves up to #5 in the latest rankings.  Kansas and Texas are both unbeaten so far this sportsbetting season. Texas was very impressive in their last win over Rice as they won 77-59 while Kansas continues to roll. The Jayhawks were almost a unanimous selection as they got 30 of the poll’s 31 first-place votes.

The other first place vote went to #5 Duke.  Kansas and Texas are first and second in the AP Top 25.  The team that dropped out of the Top 5 was Michigan State who fell to 9th. The Spartans lost 77-74 to Florida and that dropped them in online sport betting.  Michigan State will get a chance to get right back into the Top 5 as they visit North Carolina this week.

The second five in online sport betting begin with Purdue who is at 5-0. They are followed by Syracuse, West Virginia, Michigan State and Washington.  North Carolina begins the second 10 followed by Tennessee at #12.  Connecticut is at #13 while Georgetown moved up five spots to #14.  Ohio State is at #15.

The next five start with Gonzaga who enters the ranking at #16.  Florida makes their debut at #16 as online sport betting indicates and they are followed by Louisville and Clemson.  The final five starts with unbeaten UNLV at #21.  They are followed by Texas A&M, Georgia Tech, Cincinnati and California.  Five teams fell out of the rankings entirely this sportsbetting week.  They are Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Maryland and Vanderbilt.

The early part of the online sport betting season does have some good non-conference matchups. This week in particular is a good one in sportsbetting since the ACC/Big 10 Challenge is on the board.  The rematch from last season’s NCAA Title game between Michigan State and North Carolina on Tuesday highlights the week in online sport betting for college hoops.
