Sports betting action heats up with college football in early September.
The games get underway on Thursday, September 3rd and ESPN has two games that should get a lot of attention in online sports betting. South Carolina is at NC State and Oregon is at Boise State.
Sports betting odds begin strong in college football with games on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday the first week. The Friday game on ESPN is Tulsa at Tulane. Saturday is when things really get going though with a number of nationally televised games that will be popular with sports betting gamblers. It starts early on Saturday in sports betting as ESPN has Navy at Ohio State and ESPN 2 has Minnesota at Syracuse.
ABC doesn’t waste anytime getting in on the action this season as they have a nice slate of opening games on Saturday that should draw great sports betting crowds. One of the best games of the day in online sports betting should be Georgia playing Oklahoma State. Baylor and Wake Forest should also be entertaining in sports betting. NBC has the normal Notre Dame game as well as the Fighting Irish host Nevada. A lot of people are expecting a huge season from Notre Dame in sports betting so they better be impressive in their opener.
ESPN has Illinois and Missouri and that is normally an entertaining game in college football online sports betting at the sports book. In the early evening ESPN has another game that will draw a lot of national attention as BYU faces Oklahoma. The Sooners are considered one of the favorites in sports betting odds to win the national title this season.
The sports betting action at the sportsbook doesn’t end there though as one of the night game could be one of the best games of the season and it is only the first week. ABC will televise Alabama vs. Virginia Tech from Atlanta. This game will have major implications on both teams national title hopes. ESPN2 has Maryland at California while ESPN’s late game in online sports betting is LSU at Washington.
If you think this first weekend of college football sports betting action ends on Saturday though you would be mistaken. ESPN has Mississippi at Memphis on Sunday and FSN has Colorado State at Colorado. On Monday, ESPN has Cincinnati at Rutgers and Miami at Florida State. Not a bad way to begin the college football sports betting season at the sports book.
