Cleveland Starting QB Uncertain Online Sports Betting

Online sports betting had the Cleveland Browns as big underdogs at home next Monday against Baltimore and it really doesn’t matter who is at quarterback.

The Browns are arguably the worst team in the NFL this sportsbetting season and their quarterback play is a big reason why they have struggled versus the online sports betting odds.

Online sports betting had the Browns choosing between Derek Anderson and Brady Quinn for next week’s game. The Browns had a bye last week in online sports betting NFL action. Anderson has simply been horrible for the Browns at quarterback this online sports betting season. He is the NFL’s lowest-rated quarterback with a 36.2 rating and is coming off a 6-for-17 outing with two interceptions in a 30-6 online sports betting loss to Chicago. He replaced Brady Quinn in Week 3 and has thrown two touchdown passes and nine interceptions as sportsbetting stats show.  The Browns are 1-4 in those sportsbetting games and even in their only win Anderson did not play well.

Online sports betting indicated that the reason for Quinn’s benching involves money. The Browns saved a lot of money by not playing Quinn as he can’t reach performance clauses in his contract. Now they can play Quinn in online sports betting games and it won’t cost them the millions it would have before. Quinn did not know if he would start on Monday as sportsbetting noted. "I have no idea," he said. "I’m looking forward to trying to get better today and I’ll take it day by day. That’s really all you can do at this point."

This is not the first time this online sports betting season that the Browns have been unsure about their starting quarterback. Head coach Eric Mangini didn’t announcer his starter for the online sports betting season opener until just a day before the online sports betting opener. Mangini does not look to be long for the job as reports have the Browns looking at former Seattle head coach Mike Holmgren. Mangini has said he is not distracted though. There’s so many things that come up during the course of season, really like any other part of what you’re teaching, it’s very important that you focus on what’s important," Mangini said. "What’s important for us is what we’re doing on a daily basis and our preparation for the next opponent."
