Chiefs Tell Larry Johnson to Stay Away Sportsbetting

Sportsbetting on the Kansas City Chiefs has not been very successful this season and the news this week is not good either as the Chiefs are dealing with running back Larry Johnson’s negative comments. Sports betting online had the Chiefs telling Johnson to stay away from the team as they look into comments he made to reporters on Monday and in a Twitter posting.

Sportsbetting has seen Johnson struggle with Kansas City recently and now his time with the team could be coming to an end. His agent Peter Schaffer, is trying to downplay the incident. “It’s the bye week, so there is no urgency,” Schaffer said. “I have not been told of a suspension.” Johnson quickly issued an apology for his statements but the damage had already been done. “I regret my actions. The words were used by me in frustration, and they were not appropriate,” Johnson said. “I did not intend to offend anyone, but that is no excuse for what I said.”

The Chiefs and the NFL are looking into the comments made by Johnson and a suspension could be coming as sports betting online noted. All of this is a result of comments made by Johnson after the Chiefs sportsbetting loss at home to the San Diego Chargers. Sportsbetting info noted that Johnson had negative things to say about head coach Todd Haley.

This is not the first time Johnson has been in trouble with the Chiefs. Last sportsbetting season Johnson was benched for three games for an unspecified violation of team rules. Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended him for an additional sports betting online game for violating the league’s player conduct policy.

It was not that long ago as sportsbetting stats show that Johnson was a great running back. In 2005 and in 2006 he rushed for more than 1,700 yards each sportsbetting season. During that 2006 sportsbetting season he set an NFL record with 410 carries. He was not very good in 2007 though and last year was not any better. With the latest outburst there is little question as sportsbetting notes that Johnson has worn out his time in Kansas City. He may also have hurt his chances of being signed by another sportsbetting team.

The Chiefs are 1-6 straight up this sportsbetting season and 2-5 against the sports betting online pointspread.
