Sports betting odds favor the Cleveland Cavs as the NBA Playoffs begin on Saturday. The Cavaliers are the 6-5 favorite to win the NBA title and they are a huge Internet sports betting favorite to win their opening series against the Chicago Bulls.

The Cavaliers won 20 more games than the Bulls this season and most people think this series ends in four or five games. The Cavaliers also have a big edge at the other forward position with Antawn Jamison against Taj Gibson.
