Sports betting odds on the Arena Football League will be on the board again in April as the league is returning. The Arena Football League folded last year but now has new leadership and a new direction. The coaches and players will be employed by the league instead of by individual teams. “It’s power buying, not unlike large chains that do that as well, to capitalize on size and quantity,” Kurz said. The AFL will be looking to be financially successful and having control is a big way to do that. “Control is not a bad word. Control is a very good word in these challenging economic times,” Kurz said. The league already has a nice TV deal in place with the NFL Network. There will be a Friday night game of the week. The first one is already on the sports betting online schedule as Chicago is at Iowa on April 2nd. Almost every team in the league will make an appearance on the Friday night telecasts. Sports betting had the playoffs and the Arena Bowl also being televised.
The teams already on the sports betting schedule for this season from the old Arena League are Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Arizona, Utah, Orlando and Tampa Bay.
