There will be a total of 35 college football bowl games on the sports betting odds board next season. The NCAA approved 35 bowl games for the next four years including two new ones. The Dallas Football Classic and the New Era Pinstripe Bowl in New York will be on the college football online sports betting odds board this season.

That game will match the third team in the Big East Conference against the sixth team from the Big 12 Conference.
The Dallas Football Classic will be played at the Cotton Bowl and it is set for New Year’s Day. The game will match up the seventh ranked team from the Big 12 Conference against the sixth team from the Big 10 Conference. “It was a great relief,” said Tom Starr, the game’s executive director. “For the first time, I don’t have to go bed wondering if this will be done and that will be done. Now I go back to the comfort zone of running a bowl game.” The Cotton Bowl will also be hosting big matchups next season between Texas and Oklahoma and Baylor and Texas Tech.
Not all bowl games were approved for next online sports betting college football season. The Cure Bowl in Orlando, Florida was denied as was the Christmas Bowl in Los Angeles. Orlando has been trying to get a bowl game at Central Florida’s Bright House Networks Stadium but they have not been able to get approved the past two seasons. Financing has been the problem for the Cure Bowl but this year they had things in place. This time they lost out because the NCAA was only looking at two bowl spots. Those spots went to the games in Dallas and New York. Cure Bowl organizer John Rhodes said that the bowl will continue to look for certification and if another bowl bows out they may be able to get in.
The big bowl games in sports betting are the Bowl Championship Series games, especially the national championship game. The college football bowl season is an exciting one and this year there will be 35 games on the board.
