Melbourne Storm

Overall, the Melbourne Storm has four National Rugby League titles. Their most recent offshore betting championship was in 2020. Last year, they were the runner-up. Since 20023, Craig Bellamy has been the head coach of the Storm. He is one of the most successful and respected coaches in NRL history.

To summarize, Bellamy is known as a demanding taskmaster who challenges players to achieve heights they never thought possible. His players are known for their Rugby betting ability to confront and overcome pressure. It is true that Bellamy has taken marginal players and turned them into transfers who ended up with big paydays elsewhere. Bellamy has a career record of 403 wins, two draws, and 174 losses. At the onset of the 2025 campaign, Melbourne’s record was nine wins, no draws, and three losses. That record put Melbourne in third place in the NRL.

Namely, Ryan Papenhuyzen leads Melbourne with 157 points and 54 goals. Since 2019, Papenhuyzen has played for Melbourne. He won the 2020 NRL Grand Final and the Clive Churchill Medal. Additionally, he was the 2019 Rookie of the Year.

Canterbury Bulldogs

At the beginning of the 2025 season, the Canterbury Bulldogs had 11 wins, no draws, and three losses. Although Canterbury has eight titles, the Bulldogs have not won the championship since 2004. Their last runner-up was in 2014.

Since 2023, Cameron Ciraldo has been the head coach of Canterbury. At the onset of the 2025 season, Ciraldo had a career record at Canterbury of 30 wins, no draws, and 30 losses. In 2024, Ciraldo led Canterbury to qualification for the finals. Consider that Canterbury had not achieved the accomplishment in eight seasons.

First in scoring for Canterbury is Stephen Crichton with 80 points and 36 goals. Crichton is a native of Samoa and is in his second season with the Canterbury team. Previously, Crichton played for the Penrith Panthers.

Canberra Raiders

Second place in the NRL belonged to the Canberra Raiders as the season entered July. Canberra had an impressive record of 12 wins, no draws, and three losses. Correale notes that Canberra has not won a Premiership since 1994, and its last runner-up was in 2019.

Since 2014, Ricky Stuart has been the head coach of the Canberra team. Overall, his career record with the Raiders is 151 wins, one draw, and 134 losses. Stuart is a former head coach of the Australian national team.

First among Canberra scorers is Jamal Fogarty with 53 goals. Last year, he scored 44 goals. Also, he scored 52 goals in 2022.
