Sports gambling is full of heroes and the great thing about sports is that it continually produces athletes that that fans and online gambling aficionados can get behind and root for.
NASCAR’s Kyle Busch is not one of those athletes as he’s one of the most hated men in online gambling and even his sport at large. But love him, or hate as most NASCAR fans do, you simply cannot argue with his results as he charges ahead rewriting the sports wagering record books along the way.
Sports gambling fans have seen other equally impressive starts in the sports gaming by a NASCAR driver but in Busch’s case it’s highly unexpected for most online gambling fans. Last year sports gambling fans saw defending NASCAR sports betting champ Jimmie Johnson match Busch’s feat of 4 wins through the beginning of June, but most sports gambling fans expected such as outcome considering the great team Johnson races for and his reputation as one of the top drivers in sports betting.
Busch on the other hand, just several months ago didn’t even have a team to race for as his former team Hendrick Motorsports dumped him in favor of sports betting’s favorite son, Dale Jr. But he eventually found an online gambling home with Joe Gibbs Racing and in what must be sweet, sweet revenge has gone onto dominate the NASCAR sports betting this season and leave his former team in the dust.
Signed as a potential third driver in a sports gambling stable that already included racing great Tony Stewart, expectations weren’t all that high for Busch in the online gambling community. But once the season started all that changed and it was obvious that he was the fastest driver in NASCAR sports gambling. Even the races that Busch hasn’t won, he’s been the fastest car out there and it’s paid off as he leads the NASCAR sports gambling standings by a sizeable margin.
With plenty of racing left Busch has a very sizeable 142 point lead in the sports gambling standings. That lead is only likely to increase as the NASCAR spors gambling heads into the chase. Whether or not Busch wins the prize as NASCAR gambling’s top driver depends a lot upon the type of luck he has in Chase. But there is no question as to who the top driver has been this far in the NASCAR gambling.
