The LA Lakers find themselves in quite a pickle trialing 0-2 to the Boston Celtics in sports gambling’s NBA Finals. During this sports gambling series the Celtics have played as well as they’ve played throughout the entire virtual gambling playoffs and deserve all the credit in the world. But the Lakers have not been hitting on all cylinders and according to most sports gambling analysts, if the team could get even minimal production from power forward Lamar Odom, the sports gambling results would be very different indeed.
Generally, the versatile Odom creates sports gambling match up nightmares for opposing teams, but so far, in the NBA Finals, he has been a no show and drawn plenty of scorn from the virtual gambling fans. Most sports gambling experts expected this to be a key match up for the Lakers and one that would allow them to take advantage of the Celtics. However, the reality has been much different and through a mix of smart defense and Odom’s poor play the Celtics hold a 2-0 lead in the virtual gambling and Odom has been a non-factor.
Through two games his stats are anemic and he’s barely made contribution to the sports gambling battle, relative to his usual performances in the sports gambling. Through two games he’s averaging just 12 points and seven rebounds per sports gambling match up in the NBA Finals. Those aren’t awful number for most players, but it’s below his season average and according to most virtual gambling analysts; a player with his unique talents must step up on the NBA’s biggest stage. One area in particular where Odom must improve according to sports gambling experts is his assists total. He’s averaging just one a game in the NBA Finals and has never found his rhythm in the offense.
He’s shooting 50% but only taking 11 shots a contest and has been a non-factor in at the charity stripe, another are he must be more active in if the Lakers can salvage this virtual gambling match up. Unless Odom starts averaging 15 and ten, the Lakers sports gambling hopes appear very dim and there will likely be another title hoisted in Beantown.
