Online Gambling Handicappers Note Nowitzki $80 Million Deal. The chances of the Dallas Mavericks having success vs. the NBA online gambling odds next season increased as the team re-signed star forward Dirk Nowitzki to a huge deal. The Mavericks have been contenders vs. NBA odds at Internet gambling companies in recent seasons, largely because they have Nowitzki who is a former MVP.

Online gambling odds favor the Mavericks more often than not.  Dallas still has a reputation as a very good team in the NBA but they don’t always live up to expectations.  Nowitzki has done his part though as he continually puts up big numbers.  He has not always performed at a great level in the playoffs though and Dallas has yet to win a title.  Owner Mark Cuban continues to throw money around though.  The deal with Nowitzki is reportedly worth $80 over four years. Nowitzki is now likely to finish his career in Dallas as the new contract also includes a no-trade clause.

The Mavericks made some moves last season that were expected to help them contend for an NBA title.  They acquired Caron Butler and Brendan Haywood in February but the move really didn’t pay dividends vs. the online gambling NBA odds at Internet gambling companies.  Dallas is always a team to watch in online gambling in the regular season as they have won 50 games in 10 straight seasons.  The playoffs have been another story for Dallas though.  The biggest collapse came in the 2006 NBA Finals when they led Miami two games to none and then lost the next four games.  Dallas is the only team in NBA history to have won 50 games or more for 10 straight seasons and not won a title.

NBA players can’t officially sign their new deals until Thursday but Cuban and Nowitzki reached a verbal agreement.  The Mavericks will now try and improve their team vs. the online gambling odds further through trades.  Dallas has no salary cap money so they only way they could get a big free agent like LeBron James would be with a sign and trade deal.  Dallas would like to get Minnesota’s Al Jefferson but whether they can work out a deal is unknown.

Nowitzki is now another of the top free agents to re-sign with his current team.  Memphis agreed to terms with forward Rudy Gay, Boston has reportedly come to terms with Paul Pierce and it is likely Atlanta will re-sign Joe Johnson.
