Online Gambling – High Expectations for Packers after they Score a Record 59 Points vs. Colts

January 17th, 2022 Online Gambling

The Green Bay Packers were already highly respected in NFL online gambling future odds before Thursday’s preseason game against Indianapolis. After they scored a team record 59 points they are getting even more attention at Internet gambling companies.

Online gambling odds at SBG list Green Bay at 8-1 to win the Super Bowl this season. There are only four other teams with lower odds.  The Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints Dallas Cowboys, and San Diego Chargers have lower odds but not by much.

Green Bay’s Offense Looks Great:  It is going to be tough to stop Green Bay this season.  Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been fabulous in the preseason and most people believe he will carry that success over to the regular season.  Just how good has Rodgers been in the preseason?  How about six touchdowns, no interceptions and a completion rate of 77.4 percent? The Green Bay receivers look to be as good as any in the league and they played without Greg Jennings on Thursday.  They have Jennings, Donald Driver, James Jones and a great tight end in Jermichael Finley. Good luck at slowing down the Packers in 2010.

You Might Want to bet Green Bay Now:  You may not want to wait to bet on the Packers at SBG. Their odds could easily drop from what they are now. Rarely does a team repeat as Super Bowl champions so it is hard to like the Saints. The Cowboys still have Wade Phillips as head coach so it is hard to like their chances.  Green Bay could be the best choice in the NFC at Internet gambling companies.

Green Bay’s Defense:  The Packers have not played well defensively in the preseason but you should know that they have been without cornerback Al Harris, linebacker Clay Matthews, lineman Cullen Jenkins and safety Atari Bigby.

Schedule:  The Packers have a tough schedule but most of their toughest games are at Lambeau. They have a difficult opener at Philadelphia but the Eagles are starting a new quarterback in Kevin Kolb. The Packers should rout Buffalo in Week 2 and then they have winnable games at Chicago, home vs. Detroit and at Washington.  They have two tough home games vs. Miami and Minnesota but not many teams win at Lambeau.  Winning at the Jets won’t be easy and then they host Dallas.  They have tough road games at Minnesota and Atlanta after their bye and then get San Francisco at home before road games at Detroit and New England. They then host the Giants and Bears to end the season.
