One of the most exciting UFC events took place on Saturday night with the highlight in online gambling being the Rashad Evans win over Quinton Jackson. UFC 114 got a lot of action at Internet gambling companies and the bouts actually lived up to the advance billing.

Seven of the eleven bouts in UFC 114 went to decision. That usually means the fights are action-filled and competitive in online gambling. Another excellent bout was the one between Antonio Rogerio Nogueira and Jason Brilz. Many at Internet gambling companies believed this would be an easy win for Nogueira as he was heavily favored in online gambling odds. Nogueira got a split decision but many believe Brilz won the fight. The first round was the deciding round since Brilz dominated the second round while Nogueira won the third round. Two of the judges gave Nogueira that first round even though a case could be made that Brilz won the round. The bout was so good that it received Fight of the Night honors.
A bout that was totally one-sided turned the other way on one punch as Mike Russow knocked out Todd Duffee. Russow was getting pummeled before landing a big right hand that ended the fight. Russow also got a bonus for Knockout of the Night. Jensen won the UFC bonus for Submission of the Night.
