Wednesday NHL Wagering Online – Blackhawks Try and Slow Down the Kings

Wednesday the defending Stanley Cup champs will try and slow down the red-hot Los Angeles Kings in Wednesday NHL wagering online. The Blackhawks are at home so they will likely be a popular NHL bet at the Sbg sportsbook but the Kings come into this game with the better record.

Blackhawks 5-4-1
Chicago has been up and down this season but they are above .500. Chicago played a lot of games early as they were the first team in the NHL to reach 10 games played.  Chicago could have won some of those ten games but with the tough schedule it is hard to find too much fault with the defending champs other than in goal.  Marty Turco will get his wins but he will also play poorly at times.  The backup is Corey Crawford and he has played pretty well in limited action.  The Blackhawks still have some potent scorers including Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane.  The Blackhawks also have Duncan Keith on defense but they are missing Brian Campbell.  Not to be forgotten is Patrick Sharp who leads the team in goals with eight and Marian Hossa who has seven.

Rested Hawks
The Blackhawks finally got a rest as they have not played since Saturday.  Chicago should do well in this game on Wednesday against the Kings but Los Angeles is off to a great start. The Blackhawks have won six of the last ten meetings against Los Angeles including the last two.  The best trend in this game is the under.  The last five games between the Kings and Blackhawks have gone under the total.

Wednesday Trends
The Kings are 5-1 in their last 6 overall. The Kings are 16-35-3 in their last 54 Wednesday games. The Kings are 1-4 in their last 5 vs. the Central. The Blackhawks are 6-0 in their last 6 vs. the Pacific. The Blackhawks are 37-15 in their last 52 home games. The Kings are 0-4 in the last 4 meetings in Chicago. Remember that NHL wagering online trend on the under earlier?  The Under is 5-0 in the Kings last 5 vs. the Central. The Under is 5-1 in the Blackhawks last 6 home games. The Under is 16-5-1 in the last 22 meetings in Chicago.
