Monday NHL Betting – Kings at Sharks on NHL Network

The red-hot Los Angeles Kings go on the road in Monday NHL betting to face the San Jose Sharks in a game that can be seen on the NHL Network. It is a great matchup between the Kings who lead the Western Conference in points and the Sharks who are still considered a leading Stanley Cup contender by gamblers at Sbg global making an NHL bet.

The Kings are simply rolling. They won 5-1 on Saturday night against the New York Islanders as Anze Kopitar had two goals and an assist. The Kings set a franchise record as they are 8-0 at home this season for their best-ever home start. The Kings won their first seven home games in 1975-76 and 1980-81. The Kings went 5-0 on their home stand which is only the second time in their history they completed a perfect 5-0 home stand.  The Kings will now head out on the road to see if they can keep it going.

Sharks 5-2-2 at Home
The Sharks have been solid, but not spectacular at home this season. They defeated Calgary 4-3 on Saturday night as Joe Pavelski finally scored. Pavelski had not scored in eight straight but he ended that drought on Saturday night.  The Sharks best line recently has been the one with Pavelski, rookie Logan Couture and Ryan Clowe. Couture actually is tied for the team lead in goals scored with six. Pavelski leads the Sharks in shots this season with 67.  Antti Niemi got the win for the Sharks and that was important since he had not won since the season opener. The Sharks are 3-0-1 on their current home stand which ends on Monday.
