The defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks will look to pick up another NHL betting win as they travel to Calgary on Friday to face the Flames. The Blackhawks started their “circus” road trip with a win in Edmonton on Wednesday and will try and make it two straight on Friday. It sure started well as the Blackhawks routed Edmonton 5-0 on Wednesday. Going on the road may not be bad news for Chicago as it gives them a chance to play disciplined hockey which is something they have done far more on the road than at home this season.
Flames Falling Fast
This game against Chicago is perhaps one in which Calgary can at least show some emotion. They are playing the defending champs at home. If you can’t play your best against Chicago then you better pack it in for the season. And if Calgary loses this game they may completely fall apart next week as they go on a five game road trip that takes place over seven days. It is a road trip that the Flames have been dreading since the schedule game out.
