San Francisco 49ers at Houston NFL Bet

NFL bet wagering could be interesting on Sunday in the matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and Houston Texans. Both teams are considered playoff contenders so this game should get some bet on football interest. NFL bet odds have the Texans favored by a field goal at home. The 49ers are coming off a bye last week but they are still in good position in their division although Arizona is starting to play well. On paper the 49ers look good in NFL bet standings since their next 11 opponents have a losing record. Tennessee, Detroit and St. Louis look like games the 49ers should win in bet on football action. The 49ers are not taking things for granted though, especially since their offense is ranked 30th in the NFL and the defense is ranked 16th as bet on football stats show.

The 49ers will be more of an NFL threat this week because they get star running back Frank Gore in the lineup. He has missed the last three games and the 49ers lost two of the three. “I feel good, I’m happy,” Gore said, “I missed being out there with my guys. I’m just going to go out there in Houston and I’m going to try to be the best man on the field. If I feel like if I’m the best man on the field, my team has a great shot at winning.” The 49ers were 2-0 in NFL action with Gore in the lineup. Just how important is Gore in NFL bet results? The 49ers had 54, 96 and 100 rushing yards as a team against Minnesota, St. Louis and Atlanta. The 49ers will also get Michael Crabtree into the lineup this week and he could make an impact on NFL bet results.

Houston is coming off a very good NFL win last week at Cincinnati as Matt Schaub threw for 392 yards and four TDs. He leads the NFL with 14 touchdown passes this NFL bet season. “We are executing our plays and doing what we do naturally,” Schaub said. “We’re making plays downfield. I can’t talk enough about our offensive line and how it allows me to step up and have time.”

The 49ers and Texans have only met once in NFL bet history. That bet on football matchup took place three years ago in San Francisco and the 49ers won by a score of 20-17. Another close NFL matchup should be on tap for Sunday.
