The Chargers (4-5) beat the Tennessee Titans for the seventh time since 1993, 43-35, on Sunday. QB Phillip Rivers threw 24 of 33 for 275 yards with two TD passes to help build a 16-0 San Diego lead in the second quarter. The Titans rallied, but running back Melvin Gordon – who leads the league with 11 scores – ran for 196 yards on 32 carries and scored the winning TD on a one-yard run. Defensively, the Chargers limited DeMarco Murray to 51 running yards, while Dwight Lowery and Brandon ‘Not the Guy from The Killers’ Flowers scored on a couple of Marcus Mariota’s TOs.
