At the beginning of the season Baltimore coach John Harbaugh understood that it was playoffs or bust. Following last season’s failure to make the playoffs Harbaugh came within an inch of being fired. Now after a 3-1 start the Ravens are in free fall. Most important of all Baltimore is in the betting on NFL red. Not only are the Ravens under .500 but their post season prospects are fading fast.
