December 12th, 2019 NFL Football Betting Online Odds

For those that are avid NFL fans and Bet on NFL at SBG Global get primed for the 2015-16 NFL Preseason week #2 as we preview 1st the Seahawks playing the Chiefs and then 2nd the Patriots playing the Saints.

The Seahawks of Seattle take on the Chiefs of Kansas City with the game played at the Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City on Friday the 21st of August 2015 with kick-off scheduled for 8 PM ET. The opening odds has both teams at a Pick with the Over/under at 40.5.

Certainly this is NFL Preseason action, but there’s plenty of it, as Saturday past the Chiefs beat the Cardinals of Arizona 34-19 and both squads had some outstanding performances from team player, some of which was expected, and others unexpected. This coming Friday the Chiefs will seek their 2nd win of this preseason schedule.

Fortunately this is only preseason FB as the Seahawks QB Wilson had a poor effort for a +600 favorite to win the Super Bowl 50, as his team lost to the Broncos of Denver 22-20. In his appearance Wilson was sacked 2 times and 1 of those times fumbled the ball, and threw 1 time in his appearance. But they say that’s typical in preseason football.

However, 2 of the Seattle rookies had a good day in the 1st NFL showing as 2nd round draft pick DE F. Clark led the Seattle defense with 9 tackles, while forcing a fumble hitting the QB in his debut this preseason. Their 3rd round draft pick T. Lockett surprised the Seattle fans as he had a kick-off return of some 103 yards just before half time. That came after he returned a kick in the 1st quarter for 47 yards. A receiver and special team’s player, he more than likely will be returning kicks for Seattle this season.

The Chiefs got an emotion boost on defense with the return of DB E. Berry who had been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s as he returns to the Chiefs roster in the secondary and begins working his way to a starting position on defense.

The experts for this game are predicting that the Chiefs of Kansas City will beat the Seahawks for their 2nd Preseason victory beating the Seahawks of Seattle 19-13.

Then we have the Patriots of New England playing the Saints of New Orleans on Saturday the 22nd of August with kick-off at 7:30 PM ET with the game being played at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. The opening Vegas odds have the Saints favored at -1 with the Over/under at 44.0.

With the 1st week of NFL Preseason game behind us, and the teams roll in to week 2 after a long and occupied offseason, the teams should now be ready to put forth their best performances. While the Patriots of New England and QB Brady continued their efforts to improve their team play in this week 2 preseason game.

In the 1st game last week QB Brady only played in 2 series where he was 3 and out, then went 4 and out in the 2nd in their loss to the Packers of Green Bay 22-11. His back-up QB J. Garoppolo played the rest of the game as he completed 20 of his 30 passes for 160 yards with no intercepts, and no touchdowns, and was sacked some 7 times in the game.

If QB Brady’s suspension is not reduced QB Garoppolo will start for at least the 1st 4 games of the season. Thus his getting plenty of snaps in this preseason will be helpful when the regular season begins.

The Patriots also so have seen some good performances from young rookie talent as 2nd year RB J. Gray carried for 7 times for 74 yards and scored a TD as he backs up RB L. Blount. Then 4th round pick DE T. Flowers sacked GB QB Rodgers in that 1st game.

The Saints in no way have the same QB situation as the Patriots, but QB Brees did not start, but will more than likely play at least 2 series in this game against New England. We expect to see Brees throw some passed to TE’s B. Watson and J. Hill who are in a fight for the starting position. In the opener Hill was impressive catching 3 passes for 40 yards, thus he struggles against starter J. Graham.

The Saints starting RT Z. Strief struggled in the 1st Preseason game against the defense, and had trouble clearing running lanes, and he has competition now for the starting job with A. Peat the 6’7” rookie and has been impressive in practice and their 1st preseason game against the Ravens.

The prediction for this game is that the Patriots and QB Garoppolo will beat the Saints who struggle without QB Brees, thus the Patriots win this 2nd week preseason game.
