NBC gets the second-ever meeting between the Manning brothers on Sunday night with Peyton and the Colts favored in NFL odds against Eli and the Giants.
The Colts will be trying to avoid a 0-2 start and they are almost a touchdown favorite in NFL betting against the Giants.

He was 20 of 30 for 263 yards and three touchdowns. He did throw three interceptions but all three were tipped off his receivers hands. All three of the TDs went to Hakeem Nicks.
Previous Meeting – The Manning brothers faced each other four years ago and the Colts came away with a 26-21 win. The Colts didn’t run the ball well in that game but Peyton threw for 276 yards. Eli threw for 247 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. The Colts and Giants have faced each other 13 times in the regular season with the Colts having the 7-6 edge.
