Several of the top NFL football teams after 2 weeks have 2 losses, and for some teams is it time to panic in this week 3? The high ranked teams that are facing this dilemma are the Seahawks, Ravens, Colts and the Eagles as neither as a win to date. Will these teams be able to muster a win in this week 3 or will they chalk up another loss.
So we will preview some of the key games and some of the pivotal games for the winless NFL Football teams to date and make some predictions.
On Sunday the 27th of September we have the Falcons of Atlanta 2-0 visiting the Cowboys of Dallas 2-0 with the kick-off scheduled for 1 PM ET with the Falcons favored at -1 -115 with the Over/under at 44 and -120 on the Money Line, while the underdog Cowboys at +1 -105 and EV on the Money Line.
To date the Falcons in their 2 wins have not scored well since the won their 1st 2 games by a combined 6 points. On the other side the Cowboys will struggle as they will be without QB Romo, D. Bryant, R. Gregory and J. Witten.
In this game we predict the Falcons will beat Dallas 31-13 even playing the Cowboys at home.
Then we have the Colts of Indianapolis 0-2 also this Sunday the 27th, playing the Titans of Tennessee 1-1 at 1 PM ET, with the Colts favored at -3 -115 with the Over/under at 46 and -160 on the Money Line, while the underdog Titans at +3 -105 and +140 on the Money Line.
The fans are wondering if the Colts can play any worse, since their star QB Luck in the 1st 2 games has passed for 2 TD’s, while having 5 interceptions and 1 tumble. Additionally the running NFL Football game and the defense have had poor performances to date. The Titans are 1-1 with a rookie QB Mariota who had a great performance in game 1 and then the entire team was mediocre.
We predict that the Colts and QB Luck will come back to life and beat the Titans for their 1st win this season 31-21.
Also at 1 PM ET on Sunday the 27th we have the Raiders of Oakland 1-1 playing at the Browns of Cleveland 1-1 with the Browns favored at -3 ½ with the Over/under at 42 ½ and -185 on the Money Line, while the underdog Raiders are at +3 ½ and +165 on the Money Line.
The Browns won a NFL Football game with QB Manziel last week as they beat rookie Titans QB Mariota and got his 1st career win as a starter in the NFL, but will not start in this game against the Raiders. The Raiders on the other side scored 37 points against the Ravens last week and that was an accomplishment.
In this game we predict the Raiders of Oakland have a good game and beat the Browns of Cleveland on the road at 28-14.
Another 0-2 team in the Ravens of Baltimore are playing at home against the Bengals of Cincinnati 2-0 at 1 PM ET on Sunday the 27th of September and surprisingly the Ravens are favored at -2 ½ with the Over/under at 44 ½ and -185 on the Money Line, while the underdog Bengals are +2 ½ and +120 on the Money Line.
Both the Bengals and the Ravens have to date performed well both on offense and defense, but remember the Bengals have a red hot WR in A. Green who in 2 of their last 3 games, he beat the Ravens secondary for over an average of 130 yards. The Bengals in their ultimate 5 games with the Ravens, the Bengals have won 4 and lost 1.
Thus, we predict the Bengals of Cincinnati will beat the Ravens of Baltimore again 21-17.
Another 0-2 team the Saints of New Orleans is visiting the Panthers of Carolina 2-0 with the game being played also on Sunday the 27th at 1 PM ET as the Panthers the favorites for those that Bet on NFL at an Online sportsbook, and they are at -8 with the Over/under at 42 ½ and -365 on the Money Line, while the underdog Saints are at +8 and + 305 on the Money Line.
Just 2 weeks in the Season and the Saints are struggling, their defense in horrible and their offense has not been present, and the QB Brees is out with a shoulder injury. On the other side the Panther are strong on defense, while their versatile QB Newton has led them to their 2-0 record to date.
We predict the Panthers will beat the struggling Saints and improve to 3-0 as the win the game 24-10.
The next to last game we will preview here is the Eagles of Philadelphia 0-2 playing the surprising Jets of New York 2-0 with the game also being played on Sunday the 27th at 1 PM ET. In this game the Jets are favored at -2 with the Over/under at 46 and -130 on the Money Line, while the underdog Eagles are +2 and +110 on the Money Line.
The Jets have had 2 great games and in this game have a favorable foe in the Eagles whose offensive line has be terrible in their 1st 2 games and they will struggle offensively in this game playing against the strong defensive line on Sunday. We predict the Jets will win this game 21-17 and go to 3-0 at home, while the Eagles continue to struggle and go to 0-3.
The last game we preview is the Monday Night Football game on the 28th of September with the Chiefs of Kansas City 1-1 playing at the Packers of Green Bay 2-0 at 8:30 PM ET and as we expected the Packers are favorites in this game at home at -6 ½ with the Over/under at 49 and -300 on the Money Line, while the Chiefs are the underdogs at +6 ½ and +250 on the Money Line.
