NFL Betting Odds – Week 6 NFL Power Rankings

December 1st, 2010 NFL Football

The New York Jets covered the NFL betting odds on Monday as they defeated the Minnesota Vikings and the Jets are the top team in the NFL power rankings heading into Week 6

The NFL power rankings are dominated by AFC teams as they hold the top four spots.  Two of the top five teams meet this week in NFL odds as Baltimore plays New England.

  1. New York Jets – The Jets faced a tough test on Monday and came through against the Minnesota Vikings.
  1. The Baltimore Ravens are right behind the Jets.
  1. Pittsburgh Steelers – The Steelers could jump into the top spot with Ben Roethlisberger back.
  1. New England Patriots – Tom Brady will still find open receivers without Moss.
  1. Atlanta Falcons – The Falcons are 4-1 and look like the best team in the NFC.
  1. New York Giants – The Giants suddenly look like they could be the best team in the NFC.
  1. Indianapolis Colts – This is not the same Colts team but they still have Peyton Manning.
  1. New Orleans Saints – What is wrong with the Saints?
  1. Chicago Bears – The Bears are 4-1 but we still don’t know how good they really are.
  1.   Tennessee Titans – The Titans were good enough to go on the road and beat Dallas in NFL betting odds.
  1.  Green Bay Packers – How the mighty have fallen.
  1.  Washington Redskins – Shanahan just finds a way to win.
  1.  Houston Texans – Will the real Texans stand up?
  1.  Kansas City Chiefs – They are no longer unbeaten.
  1.  Philadelphia Eagles – Kolb or Vick?
  1.  Miami Dolphins – A big game this week at Green Bay
  1.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers – They went on the road and won at Cincinnati.
  1.  Jacksonville Jaguars – Somehow they are 3-2.
  1.  Minnesota Vikings – Brett Favre is old and he continues to throw interceptions.
  1.  Dallas Cowboys – They play at Minnesota and the loser is going to be 1-4.
  1.  Arizona Cardinals – The Cardinals are winning again.
  1.  Denver Broncos – The Broncos have Kyle Orton and not much else.
  1.  San Diego Chargers – A Norv Turner team struggling again.
  1.  St. Louis Rams – It was ugly last week against Detroit.
  1.  Cincinnati Bengals – When does Marvin Lewis get the axe?
  1.  Seattle Seahawks – Does Marshawn Lynch make this team better?
  1.  Oakland Raiders – This team is capable of winning more often than not against the Sbg NFL odds.
  1.  Detroit Lions – The Lions are much better than their 1-4 record.
  1.  Cleveland Browns – If Seneca Wallace plays they can win.
  1.  San Francisco 49ers – This team just finds a way to lose.
  1.  Carolina Panthers – No quarterback and a lame duck head coach.
