NFL Betting Lines: Raiders vs. Dolphins

September 13, 2012 NFL Football

On Sunday afternoon, the Oakland Raiders make the cross-country trip to Florida to take on the Miami Dolphins. Gametime is scheduled for 1:00 PM ET in Sun Life Stadium, and the game can be seen regionally on CBS.

Both of these teams lost their openers in Week 1. The Raiders fell at home to the Chargers in the last game of Monday Night Football, with a final score of 22-14. QB Carson Palmer threw an unimpressive 32-of-46, for 297 yards and the team’s only touchdown. Despite holding a 321-258 edge in offensive yards, the Raiders could not keep the Chargers from scoring in every quarter. In their last three games on the road, Oakland has struggled, scoring only 14, 14, and 16 points. They are also taking on the Dolphins in between facing the Chargers in Week 1 and the Steelers in Week 3. Start your Football Wagers on Raiders vs. Dolphins Game.

The Dolphins lost their road opener to the Texans on Sunday, 30-10. The Dolphins committed 4 turnovers, including 3 interceptions from QB Ryan Tannehill, making his pro football debut. In fact, in the second quarter, they turned the ball over on three straight plays. Overall, Tannehill threw 20-of-36, for 219 yards, with no touchdowns. Miami was down 24-3 by the half, and things got no better for them in the second half of the game.

Neither team covered the spread in their openers. However, despite their SU and ATS loss last week, the Dolphins are on an 8-3 run ATS. Check the Football Betting Lines for Raiders vs. Dolphins Game.
