You can make a case that the Seahawks are the worst 4-4 team in NFL history. They have simply been humiliated in their last two games against Oakland and the Giants. The Seahawks did win at home against Arizona before those two games but even in that game they didn’t do much. If the Seahawks are to win this week they need to run the ball with Marshawn Lynch and protect Hasselbeck. The offensive line for Seattle has been horrible and if that doesn’t change then Seattle is not going to win. Seattle badly needs rookie offensive tackle Russell Okung to return from injury. Arizona could end up tied for the division lead after this game is over. If they get the win they would go to 4-5 and tie Seattle. If the Rams lose at San Francisco then it would be a three-way tie for the NFC West lead with the 49ers just a game back.
