Five Games for Dallas in 2010 NFL Preseason Odds

December 12th, 2022 NFL Football Betting Online Odds

2010 NFL Preseason odds for most teams have them playing only four games. Two teams will be playing five games though since the Hall of Fame Game is considered an extra game by the NFL and not part of Week 1 2010 NFL Preseason betting.  The Dallas Cowboys meet the Cincinnati Bengals in the Hall of Fame Game on August 8th.2010 NFL preseason odds will almost assuredly favor the Cowboys in the preseason opener that can be seen on NBC.  The Cowboys are considered Super Bowl contenders and while the Bengals are good, they are not given as much respect on the betting line that Dallas gets.

Week 1 2010 NFL preseason betting begins just a few days after the Hall of Fame Game. The Cowboys don’t get much rest as they have to play on Thursday, August 12th which is just four days after their opener against the Bengals.  The Cowboys will have been in camp longer than the Raiders so they could have an advantage over Oakland.  The Cowboys will get much of the attention anyway and in this case the Raiders might have some value with the Cowboys playing on a short week.

The third game for the Cowboys in the preseason is on August 21st as they are in San Diego.  The Cowboys will likely be underdogs in that game on the road against the Chargers.  Dallas continues on the road on August 28th against the Houston Texans in a game that can be seen on CBS television.  This is part of the Week 3 schedule for other teams so the starters should see a lot of action.  The Cowboys conclude the preseason on September 2nd as they host the Miami Dolphins. The last week of the preseason is pretty meaningless as starters don’t play much so the line on this game could be very close with the Cowboys a small favorite.

Dallas is a very public team so they will get some action from gamblers, even in the preseason.  The Cowboys are one of the main Super Bowl contenders in futures along with New Orleans, Indianapolis and New England.  Dallas should be fun to watch in the preseason and they will be on national TV a lot beginning with the Hall of Fame Game.
