Quarterback Ryan Tannehill was a first-round pick of the Miami Dolphins in 2012. In his career, he has been off more than on. Last year was the final straw for Tannehill. The Titans finished 7-10 and out of the playoffs. As a result, Tennessee shopped for a new QB.
